Interval Training Elliptical (beginner level) Fitness Body


Once you have cleared with your doctor that you can use an elliptical trainer.. real beginners are going to do 10 minutes at a time, work up to 15 minutes, etc… not 30 minutes like the “personal trainers” suggest.  To do HIIT High Intensity Interval Training.. break up each 10 minute session into 3 minute warm up and then 1 minute bursts of much higher resistance for as hard as you can go, then ease up to a comfortable pace for 2 minutes and repeat the higher intensity.    Read the suggestions by the experts, but it is acknowledged that interval training burns more fat.
